REPORT: ENGINE HOUSES
Spent the afternoon wandering through some old Cornish engine houses. Most of them are just shells now, but there's something properly impressive about seeing them still standing against the landscape after everything else has disappeared.
REPORT: GREAT FLAT LODE
Went out dog walking with a few mates around Camborne's Great Flat Lode and inevitably ended up poking around the old mine workings instead. Dogs had a great time, we got muddy, and I took far too many photos. Few bits here I hadn't noticed before...
