Bit of a strange one this. Took a wander around an old RAF site up in Shropshire — lots of empty buildings, blast walls and bits of military infrastructure slowly disappearing into the undergrowth. Proper eerie when the wind gets going through the place.
Okay, I KNOW this isn't the UK, but I finally got to visit Eastern State while I was in Philly and there was no way I wasn't posting the photos here. Absolutely unreal place. The cell blocks just keep going and going... could've spent the entire day in there.
Keeping the location quiet on this one, hope nobody minds. Found an old house tucked away where it feels like the world has almost forgotten it. Someone, sometime, covered the walls inside with poetry. Some lines are fading, some are still perfectly clear. Felt less like exploring an abandoned building and more like walking through somebody else's half-remembered dream.
